Jeff has developed and had interests in real estate projects throughout the United States worth over $300 million, including over 500,000 square feet of commercial retail space. He has worked on ground up construction projects for Hyatt Hotels as well land entitlement for large scale home builders in the Detroit area. Recently Jeff has focused on syndicated purchases of NNN single tenant industrial and commercial properties, with notable tenants such as Caterpillar, Premier Packaging and American Fire Protection Group.
