With a passion for helping others, she volunteered with organizations such as Build Village and Open Door, eventually establishing herself as a settlement worker.

During this episode, Ebtsam offers firsthand insights into the current crisis in Sudan, discussing its causes and impact on the Sudanese people. Her experiences shed light on the challenges faced by individuals and communities affected by the turmoil.
