Zerubbabel would need supernatural strength from the Spirit.

Zechariah was given a vision that he couldn't understand. So he asked for an explanation.

Zerubbabel was a civic leader responsible to finish the work of rebuilding the temple, he needed encouragement.

God's work needs might and power...collectively & individually
