Tamie is being directed by her Nutritionist to get in lots of protein - much more than I could ever eat, along with a suggested amount of fibre that most of us work towards everyday. As well as maintaining a gluten free diet, counting macros can be challenging, but Tamie has some great tips for getting in lots of protein.
