Emerald Starfish work in helping small and medium businesses to recruit new staff into their business without the usual stress, frustrations and time consumption which face anyone trying to do this themselves.
The big difference in what Caroline does is their approach. Unlike the typical agency who simply places a candidate for a set fee or a percentage of the agreed salary, they work on behalf of the employer to create an authentic experience which is proven to attract better fitting staff which fit with company values and the culture of the businesses.
As you would expect from a business which delivers consistently high results, most of her current customers come from word of mouth referrals.
Aside from delving into exactly how she helps her customers, we focused largely on Profit Accelerator #1 which is how we can translate what she talked about into a powerful sales message.
