info_outlineHello and welcome to the Get More Customers podcast with me Michael Angrave. I’ve got a brilliant episode today as I’m joined by Deborah Jones from Jones Consulting.
Deborah is a very talented lady who specialises in leadership and management coaching and consulting for teams from large organisations. She has successfully operated for the past 20 years off the back of her reputation for delivering fantastic results.
Whilst Deborah can turn her hand to an incredibly wide range of areas of expertise and industries, it seems to be making it difficult to find new customers who aren’t recommended via word of mouth or referral.
What we cover in today’s episode was so much fun and my very best kind of episode as we work through the process of developing a sales message from start to finish by focusing first on the target market and the problems they are currently facing, not the services which she offers.
The benefit of this is that you can create products which fit perfectly to the market you are selling to without risking wasting your time making things that aren’t needed.
If you’re in a similar situation where most of your work comes from word of mouth, then it’s quite possible that you too could benefit from the step by step process we outline here.
I know that you’re going to love this one.
Here’s Deborah to tell you more...
