Blake has been a part of the Redken Artist Network since 2014, fueling his passion for teaching by facilitating classes for salon professionals nationwide.

You have to be intentional with every interaction with your team members. It's so important as leaders to remember that you are monumental part in how the environment in your salon feels, and you need to make sure you have the tools to ensure your nervous system is regulated, and when things go wrong you have healthy tools on how to handle those situations.
