Shawn Springs A former NFL All-Pro and the Founder & CEO of Windpact, a materials data and technology company. Shawn played at Ohio State earning Big 10 Defensive Player of the Year, All-American honors, and follow his father’s legacy, Ron Springs, into the NFL. Springs was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks 3rd overall in the 1997 NFL draft. No cornerback has ever been drafted higher. He played in the NFL for 13 seasons with the Seahawks, Redskins and Patriots before retiring and building Windpact.

Patty Collins served in the U.S. Army as a Communications Officer for 24 yrs. In 2006, after returning from Iraq, she was struck by a car while bicycling to work. leaving her as a below knee amputee. Upon rehab, she continued to serve, including a deployment to Afghanistan and commanding a Signal Battalion. Post amputation she returned to full military fitness, and became an avid mountain biker and triathlete. She eventually earned a spot on the 2016 U.S.Paralympic team in Paratriathlon.
