Similarly, tallow and lard, which were previously dismissed as unhealthy, have gained popularity due to their unique flavor and remarkable versatility in culinary applications. 2. I use butter, lots of it, in sandwiches for moisture, flavor and glue.

3. I use duckfat to cook eggs, sometimes bacon fat if I ma having bacon with the meal, not so much anymore.

4. Beef tallow is perfect to saute vegetables for a soup, particularly a beef nad barley soup.

Using animal fats in cooking can add a delicious and rich flavor to a variety of dishes. Whether it's duck fat, bacon fat, or beef tallow, these fats bring a depth of flavor that is hard to replicate with other ingredients.
