Cocktail Concoction: Go A Viking
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the following:
1oz Vodka
1oz Mead
.5oz Triple Sec
.5oz Fresh lemon juice
Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with ice
The term "Viking" refers to raiding foreign lands - and this drink does just that! Lemons from warmer climes, vodka from the eastern European countries, and Danish mead all come together for something refreshing and just a bit sweet!
