Mary Pino, former corporate accountant turned small business owner, has a bomb to drop: budgets are necessary for success and financial empowerment. Mary talks about the importance of creating a budget that works for you as an individual; everyone is different, but everyone needs to be able to understand where their money is going. Mary stresses the necessity of setting yourself up correctly so that you can create and reach whatever financial goals you may have in the long and short term.
