Jordan left a W2 job in early 2022 to learn about real estate, get his real estate license, and did a couple of deals. At the beginning of 2023, he found out that he and his wife had twins on the way and decided to turn real estate investing into a business. After working in the business for a little bit, he found out about Joe Homebuyer and decided to launch his business in the fall of 2023. He realized that he didn't have the systems and processes to run a business and found the Joe Homebuyer business structure could help him to scale his business. He shares lessons that he has learned about his business and why he feels that joining the Joe Homebuyer franchise was a great shift for him in his business and in his life.
