I am a recovering goal digger. Any competition, big or small, I was ready to attack it and win. And if you're from my generation, you probably can relate! A lot of these values were baked into us early on.

But it wasn't until recently that I realized part of goal setting needs to include rest. Building in pauses, wellness practices, and learning to enjoy the journey.

So grab a cozy cup of tea, and listen as I reflect on season five thus far before heading into the new year, the “post-goal blues,” getting grounded in our goal setting, and let's tap into our feels a bit.
