Feeling love or feeling annoyed are two very different experiences. Emotions are also important because they create our results. Emotions create the energy that fuels us to take action - and those actions ultimately create the results that we have in our lives. Emotions are just central to everything. We've talked in other episodes about emotions and creating balance and how to allow your emotions. Today we'll go one step further and talk about how to change your emotions, how to actually create new emotions in the moment that feel better and serve you better, and create better results in your life.
