info_outlineWhen we uplevel, we’ve made a quantum leap in how we show up to ourselves and others. Eleni and Phoebe talk about how to maintain, nurture and integrate a shift in awareness.
Notes
- When we make a leap in consciousness, our dense bodies can lollygag behind, causing some resistance to becoming fully aligned.
- Maintaining that upleveled vision in our energy field helps us to access the alpha state and to integrate our new awareness.
- Doing heart-centered work (not busy work) requires us to show up in alignment with our vision.
- A tool to keep our vision alive and present is to create a physical piece, such as a collage, picture or something written, that symbolizes our vision. It may be a physical creation, but it’s representing (translating) our inner knowingness. Once we’ve integrated our upleveling physically, emotionally, mentally and spirituality, no we longer need that physical reminder.
- Celebrating ourselves helps us to stay upleveled, and to cultivate more self-forgiveness and self-love, essential ingredients for any upleveling.
- Let’s all congratulate ourselves on the work we’re doing!
