On 13th February 2014, Kate Willoughby’s play To Freedom’s Cause was performed at The Houses of Parliament followed by a debate on gender equality chaired by Jane Garvey of BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour. It formed part of the Emily Wilding Davison Statue in Parliament Campaign organised by Emily Thornberry MP & the social media campaign under #Emilymatters. After the play & debate, Rachel Cochrane conducted a vox pop of 13 people who attended or took part in the event
