There is so much we can learn from life. To count it would be endless. But one thing we do know, is that life will teach us lessons. And it's up to us to learn and gain wisdom from the biggest ones that come our way. Today's lesson focuses on the...

The Multiverse is a concept that has been around for centuries. Most recently brought back by the Marvel Universe with Dr. Strange and Spider Man. With the DC universe in The Flash. The concept is quite simple. There are multiple realities all happening at the same time. Within those realities there are different versions of you. When a reporter once asked me what the world needs, I quickly answered LOVE. The world needs more love. I know now that it was probably the cheesiest thing that I could have said, but I believe it's true. The World needs LOVE. I think this might be one thing we can all agree on that. That and the fact that we could use more common sense. I think people can agree on that too. But, what does that mean? How do I create that in my world? Would it even make a difference in this great big world we live in? In short, the real answer is yes and no?. YES, whatever you do will make a...

Everybody says that chivalry is dead. If you look at the world, social media, the interactions we have everyday, you would think the same. It seems sociatey has lost its manners and is having a hard time finding its way back. Wherever I look, I can't help but feel that the chivalry that made us kind is lost. But, I'm one person that believes it is not. Just as quick as we are to find the bad, there is so much good. The good in humanity that lives under the rock. Hidden in a way that can only be seen in the smallest of interactions. It's in our neighborhoods, it's in the good...

In their own sweet way, they simply have the other side of thought that usually is negative to us. This episode is for them. To the skeptic that doesn't believe, this is for you. The realist in you sees one way of looking at the world and that typically is a point of view that could be negative at times. And the person that sees thing positively can be seen as fake. I believe that we can find lessons from the most uncommon places. Case in point. I heard a quote the other day that talked about weeds. After a deep dive, i learned so much about this little plant that relates so much to life. Learning to be jsut as determined as this guy and to say yes when everything else in it's world says no. That's pretty amazing. If you're looking for your bit of inspiration today, the thing that keeps you moving one more step forward in the face of adversity, then you're gonna want to check out this episode.

For as long as we could remember, we have had expectations. Expectations we set ourselves and expectations that are set on us. And for just as long we have had a certain set of stressors as a result of those expectations. A certain set of identities that we have attached to the results of the expectations. As if to say this is what you are. No more, no less. But what if those expectations weren't set? What if there was no expectation to worry about, to stress about? I would imagine the life lead from that thought could create something quite exciting.

The word perfect often has the concept of something that is very difficult to attain. Like finding a four leaf clover. But the bigger question is who created that concept? By who's definition are we basing the standard on? and What if I changed my idea of what perfect is? If I told you that you were perfect already, then you would be searching for something that is already with you. Like a pair of sunglasses on to of your head. In today's episode we talk about these concpets and more and challenge the status quo of what it means to be perfect in our society. Happy 50...
