In this episode, I break down the key mindset shifts every dad needs to make for long-term health success. This is a new series where I will be breaking down and reacting to videos I find on social media. This weeks episode features Thomas DeLauer. He put out a video detailing some things that he does to stay under 8% Bodyfat year round. I really liked the advice Thomas put out in his video but I noticed that many people found it complicated or perhaps not realistic for them. So in this episode I went over his list and made a new list on how I stay under 15% Bodyfat year round. You will probably find my list less complicated and more realistic for you.
