I get asked all the time what a typical day or week looks like for me, and I thought it would be really interesting to talk about how I plan my weeks because there are some things in my routine that you might not expect. 

 

Another question I hear a lot is “how do you do it all?!” Well, I don’t. I outsource things I don’t want to do, not just in my business but in my personal life too. So I want to talk about why there’s nothing wrong with bringing someone in to meal prep for you, or saying no to things that don’t light you up. We’ll also cover time blocking, goal setting, and changing your routine with the seasons.
