Midlife-A-Go-Go the podcast!
This episode is my goodbye to you, the Midlife-A-Go-Go the podcast audience. The podcast is going on an indefinite hiatus. Over the past three years, I've recorded 76 episodes. That's a true accomplishment for me. Now, it's time for me to hang up my microphone – for now – and focus on other pursuits in my life. It's been a wonderful ride and I would never have made it this far without a loyal audience who listened, commented, engaged and recommended the show to others.

info_outlineHave you ever started a diet, lost a few pounds, then bottomed out and gave up in frustration? Or how about this scenario: you went on a liquid diet so you could get into a gorgeous dress for a special occasion, lost 10 or 15 pounds quickly, then went back to a food based diet a week later and gained those pounds back, plus an additional 10 pounds? For midlife women, diets just don't work, right? Well, maybe you're just doing it wrong.
My guest on the show, Tanja Shaw, has a lot to say about diet, nutrition and transformation. As a Certified High Performance Coach, she has helped countless women understand that it's about more than just calories in/calories out.
