Did we make it? Was there a time where we knew I wouldn’t have to work at day job? Never crossed my mind. I knew I would never have a day job as soon as I started touring. And it had nothing to do with money.

I never thought about the future other than making and performing music. Is that naïve? Yes. But I think that’s what it takes sometimes to just keep going no matter what.
