Theres nothing quite as annoying as having to work retail, you have to deal with the public all day long, you typically don’t get weekends off, and the pay isn’t all that great. But at least you can work a flexible schedule…especially if your idea of flexible is you bending over backwards to work odd hours that change on a daily basis at the whim of your employer. Wal-mart has followed the lead that several other retailers have gone, and is letting a computer program decide who works when. So what the heck do you need managers for again?
