Dan Minner has been working with Ellicottville Brewing Company for over 17 years, most of that time as their head brewer. His creativity, attention to detail, and overall skill with brewing have helped EBC to grow into the multi-location powerhouse that it is today. In this conclusion of our interview with Dan, we talk about beer as it relates to travel, touching on the craft beer scene in Mexico, some of our favorite beer festivals around the world, and a few of the best places Dan has been for beer.
