Personal growth-wise, thanks to my wifey, I have given therapy a chance, opened up to try meds for anxiety/depression management. I was diagnosed as high functioning autistic, which explained decades of personality quirks, dynamics in my family, etc. In the COVID age, I, like many other voice actors, have had to adapt to home sessions (which I love, though I do miss seeing people) and embrace other means of communicating with the fans since the cons are gone for now.
