Welcome to Season One Finding Confidence During COVID. At the time of these recordings, we’ve been experiencing a pandemic that has rocked life as we know it. If life is a highway, we’re experiencing a multicar pile-up of epic proportions, and we need all the confidence we can get. 

Of all of her accomplishments-Kim is proudest of her role as mom to her two children and grammy to two grandchildren. In addition, Kim serves as CEO of Integrating Woman Leaders, an organization focused on helping advance women in leadership positions.

Kim has been recognized for her groundbreaking leadership efforts to build an anti-bullying program at her children’s high school before bullying captured the national spotlight.
