A lot is being said about today being the last time this century we will have a sequential date.Of course, this happens every century so I am not completely sure why this one is so important. That is other than the fact that for almost all of us it will be the last time this happens in our lifetime.
So instead, I thought I would take a moment to wish each of you the very happiest of the holiday season. Another year has passed. For me, it is hard to believe how fast time is going. If you read the Mortgage Messenger, that is obvious by the time between posts!
As the Mortgage Messenger, I have already made my New Years Resolution. 2013 will be a year where I do a much better job utilizing this blog to keep all of you informed of what is going on in the mortgage industry. I will also share with you my thoughts and opinions on other topics as well.
