Indiana Township Trustee Offices are under attack by the State House in the 2026 legislative session. The super majority (in the House) wants to remove elected control of these offices and hand that role over to some other local government office who will appoint the trustees to again, gain more control of resources. In January of 2026 the Allen County Democratic party held their monthly meeting and introduced us to three Trustee offices in Allen County. We hear from Adams, EelRiver & Wayne Township Trustees.
