This week on Phone Hugs and Therapy, Closter tries to manage the show with a Todd who is distracted by ghost hunting with a new dating app while trying to instill a sense of courage and action in his listeners while one phones in to get help keeping their head around new people, a timid caller with concerns of identity change due to a new outfit, a new segment brings in a write-in request for help with creative blocks, another caller needs to fill in their theraputic gaps, and another has issues coping with the limelight and the whole episode wraps with a mindfulness technique to counter anxiety.
