More Episodes

In this podcast, we're kicking off a new season! We're also kicking off the Motherhood series where we dive into topics related to working moms over the next few episodes.

In this episode, Christy Bartelt, a mom and business owner, shares her career journey as she went from a successful corporate career to stay at home mom to starting her own business. We chat about why she made the decisions she made, how she felt in the moment, and some practices she implemented that helped her to stay out of the fear of unknown. She shares how she let her journey unfold and what she did when she felt impatient about the process. Finally, we chat about her current career as a Rapid Transformational Therapist, what that means, and who it can help.

Highlights:

  • The reason Christy decided to leave her corporate job to be a stay at home mom
  • How meditation and reading impacted her journey
  • Her mindset as she followed her curiosity and how she had patience for the answers to become clear
  • How she flowed into Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and what it's like owning her own business
  • What RTT is and who can benefit from it

Today’s Guest:

Christy Bartelt is an avid meditator, certified hypnotherapist, and Rapid Transformational Therapist trained by the incredible Marisa Peer. Christy guides her clients to freedom from the issues that hold them back; releasing them from their subconscious belief patterns and showing them how to upgrade their lives. She successfully works with motivation, self-worth, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, phobias, money blocks and health issues.

Christy is also the mama to two sweet and spicy young boys. After leaving her corporate job in 2012 to be a stay at home mom, a series of medical events left her unhealthy and depressed. When traditional medicine failed to help her heal she made it her mission to understand how she could heal herself. After overcoming adrenal fatigue, chronic inflammation and depression Christy was inspired to help others do the same. That passion lead her to Rapid Transformational Therapy, the most profound health and wellness hack Christy has come across.

Christy loves helping her clients transform their lives.
