"It's the Great Pumpkin, Harry" is a baffling Halloween episode that barely matters because it's all a dream, but gets even dumber with the more you think about it. Why exactly is this boss dreaming about his employees having sex with strangers? Why do the characters seem to have some understanding that they're in a dream? And what exactly was that movie he was watching? It's a ridiculous show that is easily one of the stupidest things we've ever covered and it's great fun.
