It’s been two years since the first episodes about ADHD aired on this podcast. At the time Heather’s son, Landon, had just been diagnosed with ADHD. Well a lot changes in two years! In this episode we will give a quick recap on the different types of ADHD, as well as go over non-medication and medication treatment options.
