Dr. Faustin Ntirenganya is an associate professor of surgery, and the chair of the department of surgery and the division of plastic surgery at the College of medicine and Health Sciences in the University of Rwanda. He trained in General surgery at the National University of Rwanda, followed by Breast, Oncoplastic, and reconstructive surgery at the University of Paris XI, and finally he completed a fellowship in plastic surgery at the College of Surgeons of East Central and Southern Africa in Rwanda. He is one of the founders of the plastic surgery residency program at the University of Rwanda in Kigali.
