info_outlineThere is a cultural phenomena around the subject of motivation. In the last 20 years we’ve come to think that there is something valuable and redeeming in motivation. Upon closer examination on the subject, I’ve taken a step back and have had to alter my approach. Is there any true value in an unsustainable activity? It’s the age old idea of give a man a fish or teach him to fish. We at our core want to catch ahold of a stream of energy that allow us to bring our best to the moment. We’ve come to call that moment. Unfortunately this approach gives a temporary burst that requires the recipient to continue coming back to the external source. What if there were another sustainable way? In this episode we will explore motivation and see if there is another way. Enjoy.
