At 1:41, Nastasia Nikitina discusses showing confidence, enthusiasm, and the willingness to learn during the process of an interview. At 2:56, Nastasia touches upon the importance of happiness in one’s work life. At 3:48, Nikitina talks about focusing on her potential and capacity to grow.
