Lithuania came out as a powerhouse this year for this genre, and my #2 Ghostwave put out an incredible album. Also check out Pusto. I listed Mass Minor (TX) as the best surprise live shows I went to this year - opening for Urban Heat. They only put out an EP and a single this year, but they are one to watch.
