In a nutshell U.S. District Court Judge Claudia Wilkens said "Taking things Away from People is not A Good Idea" She didn't like the restrictions the parties placed on 3rd party collectives, the cap of 20 million dollars, or the fact this settlement would apply to a person who is 6 years old and didn't have representation in the settlement.
