Leddy Hammock Highlights: From lyrics to “If I Were Brave” by Jana Stanfield: I am brave! What would I do if I knew that I could not fail? If I believed, would the wind always fill up my sail? If I were brave I’d walk the razor’s edge where fools and dreamer’s dare to tread, And never lose faith, even when losing my way. What step would I take today, if I were brave? What would I do today if I were brave? What if we’re all meant to do what we secretly dream? … Like the mighty oak sleeps in the heart of a seed, are there miracles in you and me? If I refuse to listen to the voice...

Leddy Hammock Hightlights: Inspired by lyrics to “The Grand Design” by Greg Tamblyn: “…We’re all threads in a tapestry, woven together, your life and mine, ‘till our hearts and roads are intertwined. The road of life may lead us far from where we all begin, but sooner or later, The hands of time weave us back in to the Grand Design. Our path divides, we take our chances, and pray our loved ones will understand us…. We navigate by heart. But, in time, we come to learn that every road is part of the Grand Design…. We could rise up high, see the long road, how far we’ve come and...

Leddy Hammock Highlights: Inspired by “Salutation to the Dawn” by Kalidasa (Sanskrit, ca 4th or 5th century, CE). “Look to this day! For it is life, the very life of life. In its brief course lie all the verities and realities of your existence: the bliss of growth, the glory of action, the splendor of beauty. For yesterday is but a dream and tomorrow only a vision, but today well-lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day! Such is the salutation of the dawn.”

Leddy Hammock Highlights: Lyrics to “Who You Really Are” Richard Mekdeci, Sage & Sue Riley “I know who you really are – I see it in your eyes. Oh, you are a shining star – I know who you really are! Oh, I know who you’re here to be – I see it in your eyes: A light for the world to see – I know who you’re here to be…. Oh, I know who you really are – I see it in your eyes. Oh, you are a shining star – I know who you really are. I now release the limits of the past and let my light shine in this bright New Year. There are miracles in the mix in 2026!

Leddy Hammock Highlights: Lyrics to “Strength to Surrender” Linda Webb-Khakaba It takes strength to surrender and courage to let go. It takes faith to leave the path we know. Let God lead me, let Spirit lead me, let love lead me home. Give me strength to surrender, courage to let go of the past, and love to lead me through.

Leddy Hammock Hightlights: Make of my heart a cradle, Lord, so love will come and lay there. Make of my heart a shelter, Lord, so love will come and stay there. Make of my heart a manger, Lord, where Love’s the only answer. Make of my heart a stable, Lord, glowing for miles in the darkness, so Love will find its way there.

Leddy Hammock Highlights: Inspired by lyrics to “Search the Sky” by Sloan Wainwright: Search the sky for that star of light and love, to guide believers from near and far. Let the light of peace and love shine in every heart. Let there be peace around our world, peace within ourselves. Let Truth, love, and healing shine in all our faces.

Leddy Hammock Highlights: Based on lyrics from “I Made Room for Grace” on Sue Riley’s CD: “I Am Love”: When I stop resisting, I get what I needed – and so much more. Rather than insisting on my own way, I open my arms in surrender. Since I made room for grace, I just stepped aside and opened up a space. Now the blessings arrive every day, since I made room for grace.

Leddy Hammock Highlights: From lyrics to “May the Light of Love” by David Roth: May the light of love be shining deep within your spirit. May the torch of mercy clear the path and show the way. May the horn of plenty sound so everyone can hear it. May the light of love be with you every day.

Leddy Hammock Highlights: From the lyrics to “Slow It Down” by Daniel Nahmod: It’s time to slow it down. Slow it down. Slow it down now. It’s time to take a breath. Take a breath and slow it down. It’s time to look around. Look around at where we are now, at what (who) we’ve become, at where we’re headed. It’s time to slow it down.

Highlights:
Inspired by statements by Myrtle Fillmore in “How I Found Health”
I speak words of strength and power to all the life centers in my body.
I do not become discouraged, but keep right on, both silently and aloud, declaring words of Truth to every organ and system of my body. I tell them that they are free, unlimited Spirit.
I ask the Father to forgive me for past error thought. I promise Him that I will never again retard the free flow of that life through my mind and my body by any false word or thought.
I bless my body and encourage it with true thoughts and words. I do not let any worried or anxious thoughts into my mind.
I let a little prayer go up every hour that Jesus Christ is with me, helping me to think and speak only kind, loving, true words. I am sure that He is with me, because I am peaceful and happy.
