Who’s training all the new RV owners that have purchased their first RV in the past three years? Where can consumers go to learn more about their RV investment and how to take care of it? Seminars at the many consumer RV shows that will take place between now and next Spring is a good place to start. Chris Dougherty is one of the most popular instructors at many of these shows. A former owner of a mobile RV repair service, former dealer service manager, part-time RVTI instructor. And now heading up Dougherty RV Consulting. info_outlineSome of our best shows are when we can showcase RVers chasing their dreams, hitting the road, and checking attractions and campgrounds off their bucket list. This week is very special because Ron and Bob go back to their days in the Document Imaging and Intelligent Information Management industries. Bob owned a document imaging company and Ron was a representative with Minolta Corporation, supporting their microfilm and digital scanning systems and software.
Ron is one of the most highly focused and detailed people you will ever meet. He meticulously takes care of his truck and Jayco fifth-wheel. Along with his wife, Rose Therrien Seidel, they eat healthy, exercise regularly and are wonderful examples of totally enjoying RVs and RV adventure in your years after 60. Rose catches the fish she cooks in her large RV kitchen, after a day of mountain biking or hiking in one of our incredible National Parks.
When they hit the road every aspect of the trip has been documented – from the time the leave their Atlanta suburban home, until they return. And before they go Ron will wash and wax the truck AND the Jayco fifth-wheel. They have more energy than people half their age and live life to the fullest.
Join us to learn about their adventures, some challenges, incredible photos – oh yes, he’s and outstanding photographer also – and an incident that almost sent them home half-way through the trip. You do not want to miss this show!
