Hey loves, in this episode, I will have my very first guest, Francesca Sipma. Francesca Sipma is a former New Yorker who spent her career in advertising and marketing for top global brands. After 10 years of chasing an insatiable lifestyle, she experienced a radical awakening and went on a quest to find higher purpose. She found herself on a deep self-exploration journey exploring modalities and retreats all over Bali, India and Peru. She became fascinated by the power of breath and subconscious mind as a catalyst into self-awareness to deconstruct childhood conditioning and social programming.

Francesca will share about her spiritual awakening, reaching her goal yet feeling unfulfilled. Taking the leap of faith and making big decisions. The pursuit of finding true peace and how she handles it very well.

Because that might be the glimpse that allows you to have more courage and to take bigger and bolder action and get in alignment and get on this spiritual path that you and I are both on that's been so magically rewarding and hard, but synchronistic and, and just really, really special and unique.
