He made the first 360 VR road safety film now being used globally in the aim at reducing the number of killed and seriously injured on our roads five further films have followed all covering different road safety dangers.
During this interview, he discusses the journey his department has taken to embrace this new technology and how Paul believes it will revolutionize the way firefighters are trained.
