Do you find yourself putting off a necessary action or even being indecisive? Are you unsure why you seem to constantly put off these vital decisions?
info_outlineDo you feel like your business is a disorganized beehive? As in, people are running around in different directions and no one seems to be connected to, or aware of, the company vision?
You can solve this by helping your staff get connected to a company manifesto that is delivered to the team daily. It gives your staff the opportunity to spend 30 or so seconds reflecting on this manifesto and to make them think how they can serve this vision on a daily basis.
What makes a good manifesto? It begins with purpose, values, brand promise, and the BHAG. The manifesto should be short and sweet, taking roughly two minutes to read. It creates transformative work because now everyone on the team is working in alignment.
