Driving for Your Success with Sheevaun Moran
I'm sitting here in front of two of my favorite items that I don't get to use often enough. More on that in emails. But the thing I think is important and useful for you today is two things that you need to master. Really really really just two things you need to master. They're big things but you do need to master them. And one of those two things is you have to learn to master self. Self is the physical self. Paying attention, having awareness, having understanding of what to do, when to do it, and how to solve it. Really, self is learning a lot about what your human form, your body,...

I did this thing a long time ago and I did it on accident and it's been the driving force of my life and it's kind of messed up. It means that I chose to not take the traditional path and I've continued to choose to not take the traditional path. My spirituality, my health choices, my food choices, and everyone looks at it and says, "Oh, that's amazing. You have all of these gifts." Yes, I'm grateful. Exceptionally grateful. And at this time of year, even more grateful because gratitude resonates so much higher than love. I learned the gratitude thing actually from my little mama son....

I'm seeing and having recently are about some significant challenges of upper limits that are hitting a health issue. It reminds me of a story of a client, kind of what I call my way back machine, more than 10 years ago, and this beautiful soul came to me. She had a job and she really just wanted more and things to work better and her life to get on track. And as we continued to work through the energetic container limits, the mental limits, the emotional limits, the relationship limits, there were a lot of these limits. And as we worked through these in very bizarre ways she would hit...

I don't usually do this with clients, but this might be of use to you. Do you ever get super, super angry because you have been holding it in and holding it in? You have been patient, kind, communicative… and this happens with a lot of CEOs. They know they need to make a shift, but they do not do it because they are afraid of the consequences. And of course, the consequences just get bigger. That is what is happening. Then you have a big explosion, an energetic explosion of emotion and pent up frustration that all comes out at once. And then it starts bleeding into every part...

Your internal power matters. What drives you? What helps you reach that next level? What truly inspires you? I’m driving for your success—though yes, I’m parked safely because I get a lot of comments about that. And thank you for commenting. It means you’re watching, it means you’re listening. Your internal power is important, but your energy power is even more important. And I don’t mean coffee energy or workout energy or that kind of energy. I’m talking about the energy, the vibes, the aura you give off. That energy is essential to achieving what you’re here to...

I talk with a lot of folks regularly, and two recent conversations got me thinking about how people view wealth and expansion. Some say they want to get to billions of dollars, others feel that’s way too much responsibility, and then there are those who simply say, “I want to be limitless.” As I was getting ready to record this, I noticed this little Charlie Munger plush doll I picked up at the Berkshire Hathaway meeting. I remember seeing a line of about a hundred people waiting to buy these things, and I thought, what on earth? But it made me realize something—billions is not...

Energy and mindset are two separate elements of who you are and how you operate. They’re not parts of you—they’re distinct forces. Your energy informs your mind and creates grooves in it, patterns that become set over time. So when you’re trying to take that next leap or move to the next level, your energy actually matters more than your mind. What most people do is dig into the problem—analyzing it, unraveling it, turning it over again and again. But in doing that, you’re just digging into problem energy, which only magnifies the problem. Sound familiar? Energy can...

I was recently with a group that got me thinking about all of you and how we get into habits—habits that are so comfortable we don’t even notice them. We get into habitual thinking and habitual energy. Habitual energy is something that spins and spins, and we don’t break free from it very often. We also develop habitual ways of allowing ourselves to get away with less than what we’re truly capable of. Our habits aren’t just mental or learned—they’re energetic. Every time you’re around a group of people who are elevated, striving, and pushing forward, it elevates your...

I had this story of this amazing client. He came to me with a health challenge, and he wanted his energy and his health back on track. He really wanted a different circumstance in his life. He was a very powerful attorney, and I said, “Let’s find what you’re here to do.” As we worked through the health challenge, relationship things, financial stability, and energetic alignment, he was able to locate what he’s truly here to do. He had been doing that for quite some time, and one of the things that happens when people have been living their purpose for a while is the idea of...

I learned the gratitude thing actually from my little mama son. And the thing that I did really was forced upon me after the loss of my spouse. And it doesn't mean that I didn't choose the next steps. It just means that I chose my spirituality and how I was here to help people. How I really have something to share that if I can get one person out of pain in their physical body, their mental body, their business life, their relationships, then I have done my work.
And it takes a lot to stay in that uncommon path. It takes a lot to really stick with it. I know. And I don't call any of it a sacrifice, but I do call it a choice. So, what choice are you making? Are you choosing to not be in faith? Are you choosing to step into something bigger and beautifuler and unknown? The unknown is scary. Trust me, I know that the unknown is scary. I've done so much of the unknown and it's helped me help a lot of folks, yet I'm not done.
And so the choice that we make is moment by moment. I was sitting outside of a business growth conference the other day that I've been part of for many years and this guy sits beside me and he's whispering kind of like this and I didn't understand and we got into a long conversation and it's somebody that I had a conversation with several years ago and I said, "Oh, I remember you. I remember your booming voice." He said, "Oh, I had cancer." And I said, "Well, I'm always sitting at the right table where creator has put me that I need to have the right conversation." And he said to me, "Wow, I don't have that kind of faith." I said, "Well, the only way for me to live in this unique way of choosing is to have faith."
And so choosing faith is a moment-by-moment choice. It's simple, but it's not easy. And it's not simple and it's not easy. It's all of these things all at once. However, we abdicate our choices to others, to blame, to shame, to guilt. And our choices are our power. Our choices are our soul's commitment to what we're doing next.
So, what's your soul's commitment to what you're doing next? Is it your personality or is it your truth what's next? Because faith requires that you choose. And faith requires that you say, you know what, I'm smart. I can figure this out. I can have the income. I can totally do this. And I've walked a lot of people, a lot a lot a lot of clients, small businesses off the ledge of I don't have the money. I don't have what it takes. And it takes faith. It takes active faith to pursue it consistently and to choose it.
So, what are you grateful for? What are you in faith about or not in faith about? And what are you choosing?
