At the start of a new journey, it’s important to make sure people know what they’re getting into. Some people already know me from my previous work or other podcasts. However, for those of you listening to me for the first time, I'm Erin Baker. I work with shift starters who are on a mission or have a message about making the world a better place through their talents. I’m so excited to start this new podcast journey together.
In today's episode, I take this opportunity to set some foundation and explain what this show is about, and who I am. I share some of my background and what has led me to develop this podcast. I open up about some insecurities I've experienced in the face of work and starting a business. I also talk about my mission for the podcast and how I want to help you, the listener.
