Co-author of the Adult Safeguarding Practice Handbook [Kate Spreadbury & Rachel Hubbard] & has been influential in bringing various practice issues and institutional barriers to the fore. Kate has authored thematic reviews for Gloucestershire & Hampshire Safeguarding Adults Boards & co-authored the Analysis of Safeguarding Adults Reviews 2017-2019 [Preston Shoot, Braye, Spreadbury, Preston, Allen]
