This episode’s podcast guest is extremely special. She’s one of my best longtime friends, Kirsten Owens. Te Araroa is one of the world’s longest walking trails. We discuss Kirsten’s journey which took several months, as well as minimalism, consumerism and the importance of our relationships and experiences over stuff.
