The following tutorial will help you quickly and easily and for free migrate your show over from anchor - and also keep all your subscribers and your iTunes store page intact:

Please read this over twice before starting the process.  
Going forward with our service - what you upload file wise is exactly what gets downloaded.  We do not change your files or re-encode them.  
We recommend the following encoding settings for spoken word podcasts.

.mp3 Format
64 kbps - Bit rate
44.1 khz - sample rate
mono

This works out to 0.5 MB per minute or about 500 Minutes of New uploads each calendar month for the 250 MB account.

When signing up - sign up for the account level you will need going forward for NEW episodes in a given calendar month - do not worry about how many old episodes you have - they will be imported over per the tutorial above.
