BOOM!

Today on SocTalks, I’m going to claim our featured guest as a Floridian, even though he was born in Seymour Indiana, he’s been one of ours since 1989.   He really needs no introduction or accolades, but since you may have been shipwrecked on some island for the past 5 years, let me take a minute and introduce him. 

1st of all let me begin by saying that he may qualify as a SUPER HERO in the fullest sense of the word, he just this regular likable guy who through some radioactive sludge exposure or a super techno spider bite has become a FANTASTIC Entrepreneur, his attitude is like that of THING!  He wakes up and yells clobbering time, smashes his goals. AND he does it consistently. 

He’s a Husband of, by the way another amazing entrepreneur Jessica Higdon (write her name down cause she’s awesome in her own right) he’s a Father of two boys, and just finished working on his nursery for his newest reason to CLOBER! A baby girl! 

Seriously though he was born an entrepreneur, at 12 he was selling airheads, the candies, to his schoolmates. At 18 he worked 3 jobs, one, a night shift at a super market where he through his super power of observation realized he would never settle in a place he didn’t want to be.

In corporate life he worked his way up the ladder and was in a pretty secure job with the county government. But, he was bored out of his mind he says.

He went into Realestate and killed it, in fact he was so good at it he went on the road teaching people how to invest in that industry, then his Super hero mind kicked in again and he asked himself the magic question: “What would you do if you had all the money in the world and money no longer mattered?”  “How would you spend your day whether you were getting paid or not?”  That question is the reason why we are blessed today with him.

Ray I don’t know of anyone and I’d bet even globally who shares as much actionable content as Ray and Jessica Higdon, and you do it through storys, SocTalks is all about the Stories, Stories are what I believe create rapport, and rapport is how people are moved to action.  Would it be OK if you would share a story of defeat, of failure! A Worst moment in your journey!

 

Well I know there is definitely a lesson there. Let’s give the listener something that they will be able to use to avoid similar situations…
