Today, I’m sharing one of the most personal parts of my journey—103 days sober. This decision wasn’t easy, but it felt necessary. After years of feeling out of alignment, carrying shame, and hiding my relationship with alcohol, I knew something had to shift. This isn’t just about sobriety—it’s about stepping deeper into integrity, shedding the layers that no longer serve me, and coming back into true alignment as a spiritual leader. If you’ve ever struggled with balancing your spiritual path and your personal life, I hope this conversation speaks to your heart.
💥 Why I Quit Drinking After 103 Days and What It Revealed About My Spiritual Path
For so long, I tried to juggle it all—being a spiritual teacher while keeping my relationship with alcohol in the shadows. I felt like I was betraying myself, especially in moments when I’d indulge, then feel guilt, shame, and misalignment. The choice to give up alcohol was about more than just physical health; it was about clearing the path for my spiritual growth and stepping into my full power as a leader.
