So y'all for National Relaxation Day I tried a Spoonk Mat (link takes you their Amazon listing doesn't cost a thing to look!) in an effort to copy that amazing acupuncture session I had at the Golden Door Spa. It's a thickly padded, soft organic cotton mat with spiky disks all over it, over 6,000 of them! Here's what happened when I tested it out!
