I'm taking responsibility for my life and for my feelings. I'm owning the fact that I can choose how I decide to react to my feelings, how long I let myself sit in the feelings, and pivot into feeling a better type of feeling that can serve me. OMG what an uphill battle this can be...but...with time, with practice and with belief you can become the master of your fate an the captain of your soul.
